I agree with the tests that your gynecologist ordered especially the mammogram and CT scan to find any other possible sites of lymph node enlargment.
I believe that a biopsy is already warranted to once and for all find out the exact nature of these lymph nodes.
Yes, lymphoma is a possibility especially in the presence of your other symptoms such as your weakness and night sweats. Other possible sites would include primary breast lumps which may also be hard to detect just by palpation or clinical examination.
I suggest you push through with the biopsy of any lymph node as soon as possible, as this would help us greatly in the management.
