can i still get pregnant and is there something wrong with me

My son will be 2 in November.I have only had one period since he was born and that was when he was 3 months old. Now I know I should go to the doctor but I have no insurance so I cant right now its kinda a tough time.But I was wondering if its possible I can still get pregnant and what could be wrong with me.Im very worried but like I said I have no insurance so what can I do right....but Id really like to know if anyone else has ever had these problems..oh and to add another thing my breast still leak and i never breast fed its lightened up alot but its leaking just slow could that be a problem too? I reallu need help...
