Help ms now seizures can't read my MRI RESULTS

by 22fwms, Jul 17, 2008 09:26PM
I am 22yrs old I was diagnosed w/ ms in 2005. In the summer of 2007 I had a seizure, and I just had another one on June 21st. They occur while I'm sleeping, and I don't even know that I have them. I had an MRI and here is what the "findings" say"Again seen are multiple T2 intense white matter lesions in the periventricular deep white matter and corpus callosum and centrum semiovale area. There is a new 7 mm lesion in the left posterior parietal deep white matter area. The 3 mm lesion in the left posterior callosal body has increased in size. Multiple other corpus callosum lesions are relatively stable. 3 mm lesion in th right which are parietal are is new. Lesions in this frontal subcortical white matter are relatively stable. Images through to the soft tissues in the skull base and in the imaged portion of the oropharyngeal area and nasopharyngeal are remarkable." The "impression" says "Multiple rounded T2 hyperintense white matter abnormalities involving the corpus callosum, subcortical white matter as well as the poster parietal areas. Overall disease is worsening with both new lesions and leasions increasing in size. The majority of the previous lesions are stable." What does it mean? Is there a cause for the seizures in there somewhere? ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY HELPFULL. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!Oh sorry I forgot to mention I am 24 weeks preagnet.
