Dedifferatiated papilary cancer

Does anyone have any experience with dedifferentiated papilary cancer? It appears this is what has happened to me therefore I am told I131 will no longer be effective. I know throid cancers do not respond to traditional chemotherepy and rarely to external beam radiation - does anyone know of any other treatment? I fear that my end may be in sight!

Has the dr given any information on what other treatments there are?
I know it can be fearful to think about things but please don't let your mind go there. We won't go letting you do that! And we are here for you.
