Bleeding every 2 weeks for 2 weeks

Ok...I hope someone replies to this...I am 21 years old in a steady relationship for 5 years now. I have been off birth control for a little over a year now and the past couple months have been crazy. I got my period on the 25th of may and it was a normal period...my menses usually come in cycles of 25-29 days and last about 4-5 days. 2 weeks later on june 9 I started spotting and this went on for about a week and started getting a bit of a heavier flow that lasted for another week. so i was bleeding for over 2 weeks. two weeks after that bleeding stopped i started bleeding(july 8th)...AGAIN!! but this time it was lightfor about 4 days and then a little heavier(not by much) for the next week...today is july 18th and im still spoting but it is very light pink or brown only when i wipe...it was mixed with kind of a gewy discharge but for the last 24 hours it's been watery discharge mixed with brown and pink. I really dont know wuts going on here...but i would like to. my breasts are sore, im EXTREMELY emotional and very depressed with some anxiety. I also am having slight cramps...they are not actually too bad...they kinda feel like mild menstral cramps. i know this could be a numerous amount of things but could it possibly be pregnancy? We have been trying for the past year or so and i havent gotten pregnant yet...i guess im hoping my luck has changed...

oh and i forgot to add....i am constipated with occasional diarrhea...which is weird...i also will get extremely hot and 10 minutes later i feel like an ice cube! some one please respond...my dr apt isnt until next week and id like to have an idea of what i can expect....thankx!

About getting the periods every 2 weeks for 2 weeks. I was getting my period every other week for 4 weeks. I finally called the doctor and it turns out I wasn't ovulating, which was screwing with my cycle. He figured I wasn't ovulating because I wasn't producing enough of the progesterone hormone. He ended up putting me on a progesterone supplment called Prometrium for 12 days. I started my period with 4 days left, definitly ovulated when I was supposed to and now I'm 9 1/2 weeks pregnant. I don't know if that's your situation, but that's what happened to me when I kept bleeding on and off. As far as your other symptoms, it sounds like you could be pregnant but the bleeding is the only thing that worries me. Have you taken a pregnancy test?

I was doing the same thing, so I went to the doctor and unlike KM604, I had a uterine infection. And was on two rounds of antibiotics which I just finished a week ago. That threw my body off, but I was ovulating and bleeding at the same time. I would suggest, if you chart, to take your chart with you to the doctors office that will help them out alot. My doctor was very happy with mine. Good Luck.

Thanks for the response guys...and congrats on ur pregnancy km! I will take my charts to the doctor...i've been charting since we started trying...i never really paid much attention to it before....what causes uterine infections? i dont have history of STDs or n e thing...my paps usually come out normal.

the discharge isnt really foul smellin either...and i dont have terrible cramps or a tempurature....

well...i had my Gyno apt on thursday and an ultra sound yesterday...turns out i have a cyst on my left ovary and a couple on the right...this is really scarey for me...im so young and ready to have children and this is gonna be something hard to get through. I still have to go see the doctor next week to see wut we r gonna do about this next...he suggested going back on birth control but i dont want to....i want to have a baby...this is so frustrating! :'( I have problems like this since i started menstruating at ten years old...i almost seen it comin...
