Lip bumps post flu

I just finished a bout with the flu about two weeks ago and lasted about four days (little fever, muscle aches, chills, sweating buckets, nauseous if I ate/drank anything). When I felt better I was shaving and I noticed that I had a ton of tiny little bumps on my top lip only. I am pretty sure that since I first noticed them they have been slowly clearing up, but it has been about two weeks. Someone told me that it is normal to have bumps on your lip after having the flu, so I was wondering if this is true, I've included a picture, they blend in pretty well with the rest of my lip so they might be hard to notice.
