IM 7 WEEKS PREGO I STARTED BLEEDING AND HAVE BAD CRAMPS. I GOT A O/S  DONE BUT THEY SAID THERES NO HEART BEAT AND I WILL MISCARRY. SHOULD I HAVE ANY HOPE? CAN EVERYTHING STILL BE OK?

I think by 7 weeks they should be able to hear the hearbeat, but you could always request another u/s to be sure.  You can also have them do a beta hcg blood test, then repeat it a few days later - that will show if your pregnancy hormone levels are increasing or decreasing.  That's what happened to me when I m/c.  They did an u/s and couldn't see anything and  my beta hcg was 364.  They said it was either the beginning or the end of a pregnancy (I was the ER with heavy bleeding and cramping).  So they checked my hcg levels again 2 days later and they went down to 150 - so I definitly m/c.  But I also passed the fetal tissue.  I would have them check was I just said, otherwise it's hard to say what the situation is.  My thoughts are with you.

I  had a m/c today it all just came out on it's own. it was really sad i actually picked up the yolk sac and i seen the baby it looked like a white gummy bear  just a lil smaller = (
this is the third time i hope it doesn't happen again!
