Still Suffering

I have posted before about a month ago. I recieved unprotected oral sex in Thailand from 2 CSW
Symptoms:
Scant Clear Discharge (identical to pre ***)
Discharge is regularly in the initial stream of urine (very scant)
Sensitive glans peins- very slight discomfort urinating
Yellow semen (Don't know if this is out of the ordinary for me)
1) I was dignosed with a Coag Neg staph infection that was sensitive to levofloxin.
2) spent three weeks on the meds but it didn't do the trick.
3) One week after finishing my meds, I went back for another swab and this time and was diagnosed with staph Aureus. Which was still sensitive to levofloxin.
4) 3 weeks later returned and tried bactrim --> no improvement
All common STDs are ruled out as I have taken all the meds to kill anything it could be
I have comlied with all meds. Doxcy, Ovofloxin, Zithro, Cipro, Flagyl, levoflocin, Bactrim and an anti fungal.
I have had several tests all negative except for two swabs - with different staph infections
1st - coag neg staph
2nd - Staph Areus
Urine tests - normal WBC
Urine culture - neg
Several swabs for Ghon and Chlam-neg
I am now thinking of the next step. Besides speaking to my doctors, what tests should I look at doing next?
Semen culture ?
Thinking out of the box, what are the unusal suspects? your suggestions would be appreciated
TB- no ulcers
HSV - no ulcers
Strep - The meds would likely get it
Staph - meds would get it

I think a prostate exam and a semen culture is a good next step.
