When did you feel movement

by sadiesmommy, Jul 18, 2008 08:48AM
Hi ladies, just wondering when you felt your babies move for the first time and if you went on to have a subsequent pregnancy how much earlier did you notice it the second time around??? I read in a pregnancy journal that you can feel them anytime from week 13 on has anyone every gotten that lucky?? I am anxiously counting down the days until its a more distinct possibilty. Thanks ladies

This is my first pregnancy and I noticed twinges, every now and then at about 14 weeks, but I started really feeling movement at about 16 weeks.  (I thought I was 18, but they moved my due date.)  I am now 20 weeks and I feel movement all the time through out the day.  With a twin pregnancy, you may feel movement earlier and this isn't your first, correct?  So you would feel movement even earlier b/c of that.

I'm 15 weeks ...and I try so hard to lay or sit still to see if I can feel the baby moving.  I look for the butterflies in the tummy feeling ...the popcorn feeling ...everything I've read about.  Mostly I just feel my pulse near my belly button.  >.>  Bleh!  Gimme butterflies!  lol  I can't wait to feel the baby doing little somersaults in there ...but what I *really* can't wait for is when the baby's big enough that Daddy can feel the movements!  =D

I felt my baby move around 15 weeks, just the butterfly feeling, now at 19 weeks he is a very active lil baby.  Daddy felt him move about two weeks ago.

I am preggers with my 4th baby, and this one I thought I felt him moving by the 14th week, But according to my new due date I was feeling him by 13 weeks. I didnt start feeling good good movements until 15 weeks, and daddy felt him move from the outside at 17 weeks. I am now 25 weeks and he moves non stop throughout the day and night.
