White discharge, STD tests are Negative, Help!

I had a white discharge and the end of my penis would seal over. Went to Urologists and they treated me for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia prior to getting the test results back. Discharge got better after taking Doxicyclene and Suprax but now it is back. Test results said I was negative for both diseases and my urine culture and swab came back negative. After taking antibiotics small flesh covered bumps appeared around base of penis and they itched really bad. If scratched they god somewhat red and got bigger. Dermatologists says it is HPV but no pictures on the internet look anything like what I had. He didnt biopsy or give me a blood test, he just burnt them off and sent me on my way. What could all this be? I am having trouble believeing that the bumps are not related to my pre-existing condition of discharge. Also my girlfriend got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia and she came back negative and she went to her obgyn and she has no bumps or itching and no discharge. They said everything looked good for her. What is going on? What should i do?
