weakness and chest pain

the other day i became very dizzy and blacked out for a second, i also was having a very hard time breathing,
my left arm went numb, and it felt like a rubber band was around my arm, later it starting tlinging.
I was also so weak that i could not life my arms or walk, shortley after i starting sweating a clamie old sweat
and very sick .
was this a heart attack?
