Medication for Excessive Vomiting?

Is anyone else out there taking anything for vomiting? I have been pretty sick since week 7 and since week 11 it has gotten significantly worse. I can't keep anything down and the Dr. recommended that I take Zolfren(sp?) My insurance won't pay for the tablets that dissolve, but the do pay for the pill form. I'm curious of how well this medication works. The Dr. said it is safe for the baby and I just had an ultra sound on Monday and everything is looking good. Let me know-
