Very Worried

I need help please... So about an hour or so after ejaculation, I get this pain in my lower right pelvic area. The pain seems to extend to my testicle, almost like one of the larger tubes that runs from my right testicle to my stomach hurts, im not sure. The pain goes away after I nap or sleep, but if im up and focused on it, it wont go away. its happened the past 4 times now, kinda worried. Could it be an STD? Infection? Cancer? Please HELP! Thank You!!!!!!!
