Brown period

Hi,
The day my period came and it was brown and light, it was on the correct day just not red. what does this mean as im always very regular and period is always normal????

really??? This never happened with my son i just didnt get a period at all with him? is that a sign?

no you dont get a period when your pregnant but if your seeing brown...its dry blood.

I only had two occasions when I had a "brown period". One time it turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy and another time it was implantation bleeding for a few days at the start of a proper pregnancy. With the ectopic pregnany, the brownish spotting went on and on for weeks by the way. Take a test, just in case.
