Do any of you get bloating from anxiety?

Just this past week ive been experiencing bloating throughout the day and more after i eat, even if it's a small meal. Is this common in anxiety or could this be more serious such as stomach cancer? It hurts like no other Ive never bloated this bad even when ive stuffed myself during a meal. I Just had a few blood tests (liver enzymes and blood panel or something like that) and they came back as good results. Can these tests reassure me that I do not have liver or stomach cancer or should I worry more? I hate this anxiety!! One symptom arises after the other.

Bloating is a common part of anxiety. I used to always say that it came with the turf. You can get tablets over the counter at any chemist to help you out. They wouldn't get in the way of your normal medication either.
