Headache relief

by Bumblebee36, Jul 18, 2008 04:59PM
I have a bacterial infections that has caused my lymph nodes to swell as well as create an incredible amount of tension  on the right side of my neck. The pain in my neck has given me a terrible headache (on the same side) and I am tired of taking pain relievers (tylenol, ibuprofen, aspirin). Although they help, I have taken so many in the past few days that they make me nautious. I keep an ice pack on my neck/head which helps but I was wondering if there are any other natural ways to relieve my headache or neck pain.
