What's wrog with my scrotum?

i'm a 17 year old male and I was at a party a few nights ago. While i was there i had unprotected sex and about an hour later i noticed that my scrotum was realy dry, itchy and i was in a bit of pain. now the next day i got home i washed it and hoped that the dryness was just, well idk....i just hoped. Anyway its still dry, red and is very tender, i've been searching the internet and i think its eczema, because its almost identical to everything ive seen, but idk if its an STD. it doesn't burn when i pee or anything, and ive been puting a little bit of lotion or triamcinolone acetonide cream, usp 0.5% on them, it seems to help a little but then nothing after a while. I'm also afraid this could be a yeast infection, and someone said it could be chlamydia, but i dont see anything that resembles it on me, idk what it is for sure, but does anyone have any idea?
