Someone mentioned your age, i didnt look at your profile but if you are a younger woman (20-30's) there are a few things that you could look into to talk to you doctor about. I am 24 and have had quite a few health problems with a lot of the same symptoms for 3 years now. All of those things combined could be Fibromialgia, MS, lyme disease or the tingling can be due to neuropathy or herniated discs. I was diagnosed with fibromalgia and lyme disease, am monitored for MS every 6 months as my symptoms continue.
I am not saying any of this to scare you, a journal is the best thing you can do to bring to a doctor. My advice is to make sure your doctor listens, runs tests, and continues to do tests until you feel better or you find an answer. As i said its been 3 years and I am just finding out now i have herniated discs in my spine, which could have been a large part of my problem all along. Good Luck, And dont give up until you get someone to help you get relief.
