Frequent Urination Post Stent Removal

Yes,
4 weeks ago I had surgery............scope through penis up through bladder to retrieve a 6 mm stone wich was stuck in ureter tube.After being successful a stent was left in me with a string attached for a week.Stent was removed and I still have frequent trips to bathroom and some urine dribble wich comes and goes.Ive had a IVP wich came out good and a Cat scan wich came out good aswell.I was told Im having bladder spasms due to surgery procedure and stent removal.Does this sound right and will this eventually pass?
