0=No Fibrosis
1=Mild Fibrosis
2=Moderate Fibrosis
3=Severe (Bridging) Fibrosis
4=Cirrhosis
How bad Stage 2 is depends on how long you have had the virus.
If you have had it less than 10 years then this is quite rapid progression.
If you are like me and had it 25 years or so then you have time.
