Baby position?

by Elyz1214, Jul 18, 2008 09:40PM
I had an ultrasound the other day and this little guy was breech! I know theres still plenty of time for it to turn around so I certainly hope that it does!

Anyone else have an awkward facing baby in their belly?

Oh! I finally posted a belly pic on my profile too. I'm huuuuuuge! Mind you I wasnt slim before I got pregnant and this is my 5th pregnancy! I'm getting married in 4 weeks with this big old belly too!

I had my U/S last Tues. at 18 weeks, 5 days and my little fellow was breech too, but they didn't seem too concerned....I think there's alot of room in there for them still to flip around......
COngrats on the upcoming wedding!

I had my ultrasound at 18 weeks, 2 days and my little guy was breech too.  My midwife wasn't too concerned.  She said that it is common and has plenty of time to move around.  She also told me that when it gets closer to my due date that she can feel him and see if he is still breech, but if for some reason she can't she will order another ultrasound.  I bet you are so worn out - a baby and a wedding.  So exciting though!

yeah...my son was breech and facing my back during my 21 wk u/s. They had a tough time checking out all his organs...but he's fine. Im glad things are going well with your pregnancy.  Im finally starting to show.  Guess my "maternal fat" was hiding the good stuff. LOL
