Shrunken Genitalia

by Mike7777, Jul 18, 2008 10:01PM
I woke up one morning to find that my penis and scrotum had shrunk.  As a result, my testicles reside closer to my body, and sometimes my left testicle pulls up into my body, especially when it's cold or during an erection, which makes it quite uncomfortable.  When I am sitting down, my penis is almost fully retracted except for the head, but sometimes fully retracts.  An erection is about 1" smaller than before, which I can't afford to lose!  There is no pain associated with this.  There was no trauma that I'm aware of that could have caused it.  It just happened.  When I urinate, it drips noticably longer at the completion.  At ejaculation, the sensation is lessened.  And the situation appears permanent, since the original size has never returned.  I have an appointment scheduled with my GP, but was hoping to get some advanced info.  Thanks!

Hi,

have you had any recent, significant weight gain?
Have you noticed any correlation with exercise or with situations that may lead to increased secretion of adrenaline, such as in fear, anger, excitement, etc.?

Has anybody else noticed this phenomenon other than yourself, such as your spouse or partner?

Does the problem resolve when you get an erection?

Dribbling after urination can be due to a prostate-related problem or due to prostate hypertrophy.

Do keep us posted on your doubts and post a few more details.
Regards
