chest pain

I am a 44 year old male and I had a quadruple by-pass surgery four months ago.  Before I had surgery I use to run 4 to 5 miles a day.  I recently started to jog again but I still feel pain around my chest wall.  Could I continue to jog or should I wait until I don't feel any more pain?

I would suggest seeing your surgeon / cardiologist to make sure you sternum has healed properly
