With the right dosage of medication, everything should be normal again.
This is very common in thyroid , specially in Hypothyroidism you loose your Libido and it takes times to get back on track , i would say few months after your level get adjust to your comfortable level..
Do you have any other symptoms , like depression /muscles and joint pain/loose temper/tiredness and dry skin ?. How old are you ?.
