sick for days

Hi, i started having a really bad cough about 2 weeks ago, maybe a few days more, I didnt really feel sick now this week i started feeling really bad, im tired, have a headache, throat doesnt hurt really but have a bad taste in my mouth. My nose is slighty stuffy, but i do have allergy problems. I have been taking Claritan and cough medicine which didnt seem to help. So wednesday i went to a quickcare clinic, had a chest xray which was fine and was put in an antiobiotic......that gave me the worst yeast infection of my life. well, i stopped taking it cuz my pikachu was on fire from it. Now last nite i had the chills and the sweats, my body hurts and i feel like garbage. What is going on here?? i have never been this sick for so long. and BTW i have diabetes, i dont know if that makes a difference.
