Bone pain and burning senseation

My mother 63 year old has been having a pain the the leg for several months it began as a discomfort in the hip and it has excalated to the entire leg and for the last month she feels a burning skin sensation all of this happens always in the afternoons after she has been active for several hours there is no joint pain. The only change in health the last year she had has been high blood preasure but every other blood and urine test came back normal

She needs to go to the Dr, and if he does not know then she needs to go to a specialist, has she had ultra sound run or mri, ect ? luck jo
