Question about EKG results

I recently had to visit the ER due to chest pain. The EKG that was done showed the following results:
1.sinus rhythm
2. moderate right precordial repolarization disturbance; consider female pattern
3. negative T-wave in V3 and small negative T-wave in V2
I have a history of one vessel Coronary artery disease, chronic angina, and PAD.
Could you help me understand what the EKG findings mean?

I don't know what these mean without comparing it to a prior EKG, given that with your heart history your EKG is unlikely to be normal. So if the t wave inversions are new they could be consistent with new anterior ischemia, but if they are inverted on your EKG at baseline this may be unrelated. What did the ER physicians think, or how did they explain this to you?

That's the problem. The docs didn't explain anything except to say it wasn't a heart attack. T-wave inversion is new to the ekg. I do have an appointment with my cardiologist next week.
