Hi,

Coronal sulcus lymphangitis affects the distal lymphatics of penis. The cause is yet unknown although there is some association with microtraumas after intense sexual activity. The disease usually resolves on its own.

Please consult a dermatologist if possible. Take care!

Hello,

How are you?

Nonvenereal sclerosing lymphangitis is a rare penile lesion consisting of a minimally tender, indurated cord involving the coronal sulcus and occasionally adjacent distal penile skin.

This condition occurs 24-48 hours after vigorous sexual activity and there is edema of the glans penis and coronal area, which is doughy and plastic.

It is self limiting and resolves spontaneously. But a few cases have been reported in which it may be associated with underlying sexually transmitted disease. In such cases a proper treatment is required.

It should subside by itself but if it doesn’t then pls consult your dermatologist.

Regards and do keep us posted.
