What are the STD risks for me?

Hi all,
A few days ago I was out with a group of colleagues and after a night of drinking we ended up somewhere we shouldn't have. I had a very regrettable, very drunken encounter with a lady at a "massage parlor" in the UK. She performed protected oral sex and then we had protected vaginal sex. The condom was intact and worn properly and . I don't have any visible cuts around the base of my penis. The only time that I think that I may have been a bit vulnerable to contact is when her parts will have touched the base of my penis or my scrotum during intercourse. And maybe when I rolled the condom off after the act. I realize that these are low risk scenarios, but in my head

I am beside myself with worry that I will pass something to my partner. It's the worst feeling in the world and I have never felt so depressed in all my life. I have risked everything I cared about with one act of utter drunken stupidity. I am so scared, I can't eat or sleep.

I am just looking for some advice on what to look for. Whether I need to get tested?

The condom will protect you against chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV.  You are at slight risk for herpes, hpv and syphilis, but the risks are low enough that I wouldn't worry without any symptoms, like sores or bumps.
