understanding my test

dear sir i have  an underactive thyroid of wich i am taking 150mg of thyroxine i have received my results back from the lab for saliva testing and a blood spot  my results are as follows my free t4  (blood spot)  is 1.8 my free t3(blood spot)is 2.4L and my tsh(blood spot) is 1.3 and my TPO(blood spot) is322H which is borderline i have a number of symptoms including tiredness i dont understand these resuls could you help me to understand them with many thanks pearl williams
