Based on information provided, seeing an oral pathologist is advised.

I have a similar problem, though mine doesnt come as often.. currently I have it now worse than ever... I have a small blister or two on the back of my throat on the roof of my mouth... I googled and it doesnt look like herpes and it kinda looks like Hand foot and mouth disease... I also have many symptoms of lupus that I will be looking into!  I would suggest going to an ear nose and throat dr asap... let me know if you find out what it is!!!!   Goood luck!!

I used to get mouth ulcers all the time as a teenager but someone told me it could be vitamin B deficiency. So I started taking tablets and the problem went away!  Now I dont take them all the time but if I feel one coming (which is very rare now) I quickly take my tablets! Hope this helps
