ANIZIETY/PANIC ATTACT TRACKER

WOULD YOU PUT ONE OF THERSE ON HERE. SO THAT WE AS PEOPLE CAN TRACK PANIC ATTACTS. AS TO WHEN WHERE HOE LONG WHAT HAPPENED WITH IN THE LAST 24 HOURS. MAYBE WE CAN DETEDT WHEN ONE COMES WITH OUT HAVING TO WAIT. TRY TO DECIDE WHAT HAPPENS AND WHEN SO MAYBE WE CAN STOP THEM IN THIER TRACTS.
IF YOU DO THIS PLEASE LET ME HELP WITH THE SYMPONX QUESTIONS AND SO ON.
I THINK THAT YOU AWILL ALSO NEE A JORNUL TO HELP WITH TIHS
