Heart "squeeze"

Hi,
I've been off Tranxene and Rivotril since December 2007. I have anxiety attacks on and off but have recently experienced a personal tragedy. My panic attacks started to get worse and 4 days ago I started what feels like someone is "squeezing" my heart very quickly about a dozen times a day, even if I'm not in the middle of an anxiety attack. I really wouldn't call it a palpatation so I'm not sure what it is. Has anyone else experienced anythng like this?
