Temp, up at 5 dpo? Pregnant?

Hi everyone :-)
I am at 6 dpo and my temp jumped way up yesterday morning. It's still up today. Could this be a sign of pregnancy?
Here's the link to my tracker if you want to take a look. I should tell you that I slept restlessly a few hours before the initial temp rise at 5dpo (yesterday), but it's still up there today too.
Please let me know what you think :-)
