Lump on arm turned to bruise

I have an autoimmune issue, arthritis and a raised ANA titre, but no firm dx, yet. I match with a lot of Lupus symptoms. My question is about this lump I had on my forearm along a vein that appeared out of nowhere then turned to a bruise. What could this be? A blood clot? I will talk to my doctor on Monday, but I'm wondering if anyone has an idea. Thanks!
