Vagnial fluids touching razor cut and HIV transmission

Hi Doctor,
Four weeks ago I had protected Vaginal sex (used 2 condoms) and Oral sex (1 condom) with an asian massagure in a massage parlour in San Francisco. 30 minutes before the sex, i had shaved my public hair and during the process i had a razor cut (bleeding happend) just above the place from where penis starts. During the sex, the vaginal lips will touch this razor cut while thrushing in. The condom will not cover these razor cuts and they are outside the penis touching the vaginal lips which are wet. There was no breakage of condom during the vaginal sex.
What are the chances of me contacting HIV because of the vaginal fluids touching my razor cuts not covered by the condom. i had flue-like symptoms with body aches, nausea and swetting during the sleep on the 2nd and 3rd day after the sex. Again during the 4th week I had joint and muscle pains, nausea and weight loss (5 lbs) during the past 4 weeks. I called the massagure to enquire if she had andy STDs and she says she is healthy and she thinks she doesn't have any STDs. I am not circumsized but I did use condoms and washed my genitals immediately after the sex.
Are there any chances of me contacting the HIV and if not HIV any other STDS like Syphils, Hepatitis C etc.. I have not seen any rashes or sores on my genitals or any other parts of my body. Do you suggest me taking the HIV test or any other STD test?

Your risk is low. Here are the reasons why:
1. Most commercial sex workers, even Asian women in San Francisco are not infected with HIV and few of them have STDs, it is bad for business.
2. You used condoms - they work.
3. While the cuts could, in theory get infected, in practice this does not happen. No risk from the razor cuts.
4. The timing of your symptoms does not suggest HIV or other STDs. They started too early and they do not come and go as you describe. You do not have ARS
5. You have no other symptoms.
Your anxiety is causing trouble for you. This exposure does not require testing for medical reasons however my sense is that you are worried about this. For that reason, go tested. At this time your tests for all STDs, HIV and hepatitis C, if you choose to be tested for it, will be reliable. While some will tell you should delay the HIV and Hepatitis C testing until 10-12 weeks have passed, given the very low risk nature of your exposure, at 4 weeks, your results will be accurate and came be accepted. EWH
