Hi there.

It seems that from the way you described your symptoms, you have a primary neuropathic type of pain.  This can come from compression of the ulnar nerve at any point in its course, from the neck, axilla, arms and hands.

It is best to evaluate this using tests such as NCV (nerve conduction velocity) to see if the nerve is indeed pathologic.  Medications to control neuropathic pain are also available in the form of Gabapentin or Pregabalin, but this should first be consulted with your doctor.

Regards.
