HIV - The other forum is full - Please help me

Dear Doctor,
In the last 8 months, I had have sex with 12 prostitutes.
(September 2007 ->
December -> 2
January -> 3
February -> 2
March -> 2 (March 17 2008 after in June 17 2008 I got tested HIV - in two different laboratories)
July ->1)
Facts:
- Always protected sex, anytimes unprotected oral sex (receptive),
- With a little razor burns in my pubic zone (by the shave) in two times.
(In the mourning I shaved my pubic zone) and burns me with fluids (sweats or vaginal fluids)..
- One time condom broke (September 2007) one minute of exposure.
- In June 19 I got tested being HIV - in two differents laboratories.
- The last exposure, July 19. (protected the condom didn't broke, (I filled the condom with water and the water didn´t scape of the condom - kisses, and I perform oral sex to her indirectly because she passed her fingers by her ***** and after put the fingers in my mouth)
Questions:
- Am I in a high risk level for acquiring HIV?
- Should I be tested newly in three and six months?
- If all the prostitutes was HIV+ am I in a serious trouble?

Please read the important message above. You have posted on the wrong site. Questions about HIV belong on the HIV prevention site.
