My cat is sneezing and seems to have allergies is there a otc medicine that is safe to give her?  Please help we are broke and can;t afford to take her to the vet is there something I can do for her?

Cats rarely manifest allergies by sneezing so the most likely cause is a virus or 'cat cold'.Antibiotics are indicated but some cats can get through this without treatment.
Steam baths in your bathroom may help.
