HELP I accidently took morning meds at night is it safe to take my night meds?

I accidantly took my concerta and wellbutrin this evening. I suffer from anxiety with my ADHD and normally take a sleep aid (ambien or klonopin, I have both depending on how bad it gets). Is it safe to take either?
