Usually, with birth control pills there is less bleeding and less cramping, so it surprises me that you have cramps generally, and this last time had these heavy blood clots.
I don't think if you are actually taking the pill as prescribed that you did have a miscarriage. These big clots happen but as I said, less usually when on birth control pills. So this is another thing you may want to discuss with the doctor.
I really, really think you need to see a doctor, like i said before, because of that ripping. it's not good, LaKid.
