What happened to me

Two days ago I was driving and I got dizzy. I stopped the car and when I stood up to get out I passed out. I am currently on lisinopril hctz 20/12.5 . Last night I was admitted to the hospital for chest pains. My Blood Pressure was 186/89 without recieving any additional meds my blood pressure dropped to 128/80 within 40 mins of my arrival. What might be the cause of this? it confused th E.R. Dr.

The same thing happened to me about 6-weeks ago.I was home so i went to see my pd and in the hospital i went and from all the test i do have heart desease.Over a 2-da period i passes out 3-times and each time i was havind mini strokes.I just got home from another heart hospital i am now waiting on a full diagnosis from my cardio dr.tge bp meds that i was givin took my bp down to a dangerious reading so now im on one beta blofker but cant drive for 6-months due to the passing out episodes.it might be your bp meds.
