Another, is this herpes?

Ok like many people before me I had unprotected sex wit someone I didnt know. Then 5 weeks later I had sex with another partner and got what I figured was a friction burn since things had gotten pretty dry. Then a week later i got 2 pimples on my shaft and another on my scrotum aswell as some itchiness and redness on my scrotum. I have no other real symptoms, but these ones are still around 2 weeks later (I couldve reaggravated them with continual sexual episodes). Any idea if this could be herpes or am I jus driving myself crazy? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

It doesn't matter what is going on - these have been there for 2 weeks now. it's time for a proper evaluation and testing to be done.  You need to go see your doctor.

Yea your are probably right, but I should have pointed out that I popped the pimples and they popped like a regular whitehead and now theres jus a small scab for all of them so there is really nothin to see anymore.

Then go get a herpes igg blood test now and then if it's hsv2 negative, repeat it in 3 months or so.  Should you get a return of symptoms before then - see your provider within 24-48 hours of the appearance of them for testing.

It could be anything from herpes to a fungal infection to just skin irritation.

You should also use lube in the future.  ;)

Thank you everyone for the help, I jus got back from the docs and he said it was jus a combo of irritation and a couple pimples that i shouldnt have popped. He said itd be pointless to do any tests or perscribe any anti herpes medication. Guess Im jus crazy, but sites like this are so valuable to people like me who think everything is wrong with them aswell as people with genuine concerns, thanks again.
