First I am so sorry for your losses - they are so difficult and painful!  I myself have had 4 miscarriages and in between them 1 successful pregnancy.  My doctors told me that it is just something that happens and wouldn't do any testing - I don't think my insurance would cover it anyway.  Your doctors should be doing something or you should demand it.  When I had my son, I had already had 2 losses and I demanded that they check my progestrone.  Sure enough the levels were low and so I was on supplements for the entire 1st trimester.  After I had him, I got pregnant about 6 months later and I started progestrone right away because my levels were a little low.  I ended up losing that baby and another 1 month later.  So... I do not know what the cause is.  The doctor told me most times there is no cause - I don't really believe her myself, but you can always ask them to perform some sort of test.  They are, after all, in the service industry and you are paying for it, for heavens sake!

Good luck!
