Acne on thighs

I seem to have what looks like acne all over the top of my thighs, and theyre kinda of small but bumpy, faint red, and there''s a lot of them. nothing seems to get rid of them.

Hi. Although it is possible for the odd acne pimple to pop up anywhere, acne vulgaris commonly appears on the face, chest and back. What you describe is more likely to be a bacterial infection of the skin called folliculitis, your doctor can prescribe a foam to clear this.
