MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

What exercises do you engage in?

This may be a ruptured blood vessel however, this sounds very superficial. A mild abrasion or irritation of the penile skin may also be considered here. This does not sound serious. Avoid manipulating the area as this may cause further irritation. Wash with a mild cleanser and keep the area dry and clean. Avoid any straining exercises for the moment. This should revert spontaneously as this does not seem to involve deeper vessels or other structures.
