38 yo female throat culture

Hi. June 10th I felt a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck. June 11th I went to the ER due to an out of the ordinary EXTREMELY sore throat. The doctor looked at my throat said its pharyngitis and prescribed me Amox. 500 mg. two times a day for a week. 3 days later I went to my medical doctor who looked and told me the same thing and to finish my antibiotic. I finished it and the sore throat was worse and accompanied by low grade fever. Went back to my Dr. and she did a throat culture and had me go for full blood work, including HIV test because I have never had one and I wanted that. All blood work came back normal, wbc count was 10.4 is this high? Throat culture came back with "an overgrowth of haemophilus influenzae". I then went to an ENT who did a CT scan of my sinuses, and a laryngoscopy. The larygoscopy showed inflammation of the larnyx which he said was more than likely from the infection. Since the amoxicillin the ENT put me on Levaquin 2 tabs which I had a reaction to so he gave me Bactrim DS for 10 days which I felt very sick from and then a course of Augmentin for 14 days along with a week of prednisone at 20mg and a week of prednisone at 10 mg. I have about 3 days left of the Augmentin and 2nd round of prednisone and my throat is still sore. Could the Haemophilus throat culture be a natural occurence and something else could be wrong, cancer, etc??? What should I do next.???? PS I have a raging yeast infection from all of these antibiotics now and am miserable.
