IUD

So I had my IUD taken out 3 weeks ago so me and my husband can try to get pregnant. I have really felt bad though since I've had it taken out, I feel real tired and everynight when I get ready for bed I'm really nuause's, can anyone give me advice. I don't think I'm pregnant yet but I really just don't know what is wrong with me. I did bleed for about 4 days after I had the IUD taken out but have had no other signs of a period. I would really like some advice if anyone can give me any.
