HELP NEEDE!!

by ronnie16, Jul 21, 2008 12:09PM
im 16, yesterday i was hanging out with my girlfriend, while her 6 year old sister tagged along. i noticed a small cluster of yellowish bumps rite above her younger sister's upper lip. i asked how that got there and she said another little girl wish a rash around her lips kissed her. i didnt pay that much attention, but later while i was sitting with my girl, her sister with the bumps on her lip came over trying to play and she kept trying to kiss me while i tried 2 push her away. her lips touched my arm, my neck and my cheek, and when she got mad that things werent going her way, she took my cell phone and kissed and licked all over that.lol..i was annoyed but i just wiped my phone off and stuck it back in my pocket. this little girl never made contact with my lips or any area immediately surrounding my mouth, but her saliva was all over my phone, and small portions may have been on my neck and arms which may have transferred to my hands somehow.
This morning, while brushing my teeth, my toothbrush made contact with a small blister on my lip. it wasnt that painful at all, but it alerted me to the fact that it was there. i began to inspect my mouth in the mirror, and at first all i saw was the little blister,,then i looked closer and i saw tiny yellow bumps on my upper lip at the corners of my mouth. there arent that many, but they seem to be grouped together. they do not hurt at all, and i would not have noticed them had i not looked closely, but now after seeing them as well as the small, slightly irritating blister inside of my lip,,i am more than worried. i fear that i may have contracted whatever that little girl had, and im thinking that might have been herpes. but if it is herpes, could these symptoms really manifest themselves in less than 24 hours?? and if so, what should i do now??...i know very little about std's, besides what i was taught in school, and honestly, half of the time i wasnt paying attention any way. so with all that being said, PLEASE TELL ME SOMETHING BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHAT THE HECK I AM DEALING WITH!!...thank you...

Oral herpes would not appear within 24 hours.

If you are concerned about this go and be seen.
