Help Choosing an Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplement

Hello,

I need help deciding which Fish Oil supplement to purchase. One states Molecular Differentiation, and the other says Molecularly Distilled - not sure which is better? One comes only from Salmon, where the other doesn't say. Is it important to know the actual fish the oil is coming from? Your help is greatly appreciated.

The importance is the ratio of omega 3s to omega 6s. Try to get higher ration of omega 3's.
